My dad used to ask me " How could you lead others' life, if you yourself cannot lead your own life?". The question still linger in my thoughts from time to time. Laboratory management, as much as it is a guide in how you manage and maintain the control of situations you will certainly encounter in the laboratory, helps you to become a person worthy of a leader-type character at its most. That is if you truly practice and apply and live it. It builds up character and delivers wisdom that urges you to improve and cultivate your skills. It helps you think smartly and make decisions wisely in a manner where there will be no conflicting issues, will advocate respect and will still incorporate professionalism. I hope the content of this blog would be very helpful to others as much as I enjoyed creating and constructing it (with the help of my bestfriend, Tresya Salinda). I was very delighted when my instructor had this as a requirement, because not only will I be able to share my thoughts, opinions and what I learned and understood, but most importantly because I am able to express and share my point of view and convictions with this bits of information.
Feel free to comment and share your thoughts :)
So we will start off with what I learned in the prelims, then later on, on midterms. Enjoy reading!
